Full-time Wordpress Developer

We are hiring a full-time Wordpress Developer with CRM skills to join our team while working remotely. We are an innovative jewelry company located in Canada that is growing quickly and looking to add to our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing new features and functionality on an existing Wordpress based website.
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
- Developing and managing website back-end as well as server and database integration.
- Conducting website performance tests, improving page loading speed.
- Establishing business automations and standards for entering data in the CRM.
- Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM.
- Writing training materials and troubleshooting documentation.


Requirements

- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development and website hosting.
- Expertise in the CRM software (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce…), Ability to integrate the CRM with the website and other platforms (Gravity Form, Zapier, MailChimp, Google My Business…).
- Experience creating automations and email campaigns.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skill.

Work Schedule: 40-45 hrs/week. Hours can be flexible. However, you may need to be available for a few hours during 9am - 6pm EST occasionally to participate in our meetings.

What we offer:
50,000 - 80,000 php/month salary (based on qualification assessed during interview process)

Upon successful passing of a probationary period:
13th month bonus pay (prorated depending on start date)
