Paid Ads Specialist - GOOGLE PPC | FACEBOOK ADS

1) PPC, SEM & Social Paid Advertising: Expertise in Google PPC ads including YouTube, and social media paid ads (Facebook and Instagram as a priority, with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest experience highly regarded). Tasks will include setup, integrations, budgeting, conversion tracking, testing, management, optimization, data analysis, client relations, and reporting.

2) Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze data to spot trends and behaviors. Experience in Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is a must.

3) Marketing Strategy: Create and execute innovative digital marketing strategies and lead new ideas for stronger results.

4) Always Learning: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, whilst showcasing a willingness to evolve and adapt

PREFERRED - Copywriting & Creative: An ability to write wining copy and create digital assets is a plus, but we have a full digital and graphic team that can support if this is not your strong suit.

BONUS POINTS FOR - Knowledge in SEO, social media management, EDM management, website development or graphic design skills would be great to hear about.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience building campaigns and generating real leads through Facebook
- Extensive knowledge of Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
- Extensive knowledge of Google Suite and Google Ads
- Strong problem-solving skills are data-driven and tech-savvy
- Hands-on experience in building high performing social ads
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude that can hit the ground running
- Excellent interpersonal skills (internal & external) and live our values
