JOB OVERVIEW

Hello there! So glad you found us! We are a Sask company that specializes in language service and localization and translation.

We're looking for someone who can create customer support videos and demo videos for our customers

We have a technical product, so we need someone who i really good at picking up things quickly, understanding difficult technology, and explaining it in a way that makes sense via video and articles.

This is a part-time, work-from-home, remote position.

You'd be a great fit for the position if you:

- Speak English fluently with minimal accent
- love recording and making videos
- Enjoy being on video and feel comfortable
- Able to understand complex tools and explain them in a simple way
- Loves writing and documenting how-to articles

We're based out of the UK, and have a laid back and fun culture. You'll love working here:)

To be effective in this role, you need to possess the following qualities:

- Should be able to understand new software quickly and create videos and guides that explain complex processes that new clients and users can understand.
- Should also be able to write how-to articles and content for our support and help desk
- Loves being on video
- No afraid to dive in and understand things
- Can edit videos (not mandatory)
- Comfortable talking and working with users to help troubleshoot and support current clients

- Selling
- Doing web development
- Managing developers
