Hiring Experienced Virtual Assistant for Online Community

Hello! We are looking to hire an experienced virtual assistant that loves problem solving and has a knack for email marketing. We will be hiring 2-3 test candidates whose work quality will be evaluated with the best candidate ultimately continuing on for a long term contract.

# Work Overview:

If you are selected you will get the chance to do very varied work as a key individual in an up-and-coming internet community.

The work involves a lot of different things and you will learn new things constantly. If you have a high attention to detail, can think critically and know how to communicate well in written form you will be a great fit.

Once hired you will be doing a lot of varied Upgrade to see actual infoom writing marketing emails and tweets, to creating thumbnails and subtitles for YouTube videos. You will also be transcribing a Upgrade to see actual info addition to this you will collect data and information that will be used in marketing material. This is not an exhaustive list of what you will be doing and we do not expect you to know everything from the get go but we DO expect you to be a fast learner.

# The Ideal Candidate:

* Has prior experience in VA work.
* Has prior experience writing marketing e-mails and tweets.
* Has a high level of autonomy (Once trained you won’t be micromanaged. Your work will be checked for quality speed but as long as you do great work you’ll get to make your own hours.).
* Knows how to figure things out quickly.
* Has experience with working with various different SaaS tools.
* Has a microphone and webcam to join us on infrequent group calls (less than once a month once up and running)
