Property Management Company is seeking a VA to assist with guests questions, maintenance repair issues, and system upkeep in our Short Term Rental (STR) units. You will be providing support to several items from guests, cleaners, handymen, and will learn excellent problem solving techniques which may include the following:
-pre-screening guests before we let them book a stay using our process and best judgment
-providing guests door code solutions using locks or explain where the lockbox is located and give them a code
-finding available handymen/contractors to repair the issue
-troubleshooting basic internet/IT issues
-explaining where basic items are located within the property
-using pricing technology
-putting together leases
-setting up airbnb listings
-taking notes during meetings
-tracking deliverables
-creating guidelines and making updates to systems with direction of the Directors
-other potential problem solving issues
Part time job, but potential to turn into Full time employment within 6 weeks. Being self sufficient, a team player, and a hungry learner are important aspects for this job. There is huge potential for growth in this position. Our company has grown to 16 units within the past 1.5 years.
Important Salary Information:
$3/hour to start for part time work of 15 hours per week during trial period.
After 1-2 months of trial period we may be able to offer a full time permanent job with higher pay.
Requirements:
1. Previous Experience working for Airbnb
2. Experience in Property Management in working with maintenance issues and working with contractors.
3. Experience in customer service and great communication.
4. Our properties are in California and so work hours are in Pacific Time.
