Digital Marketing Specialist

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Local SEO. This person will be responsible for helping with the following:

Setting up new clients in our systems
Creating keyword research deliverables using our processes
Setting up tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
Updating client Upgrade to see actual infotting up and auditing Google Business Profiles.

We use the following systems on a daily basis and it’s important that you have familiarity with how they work or show that you can pick up knowledge of them quickly.

-Google Sheets and/or Excel
-It’s important that you have experience working with spreadsheets and can show that you can use them efficiently.
Knowledge of common formulas and functions including (but not limited to) vlookups, all of the IF statements,
concatenate, min/max/avg/sum/etc, trim/clean, and pivot tables is important. You do not need to be an expert, but you
need to be reasonably experienced.
-ZOHO CRM
-General knowledge of how CRMs work.
-ClickUp
-It’s important you understand how ClickUp works and the unique way they organize data into spaces, folders, lists, tasks,
views, Upgrade to see actual infoightLocal
-It’s important that you understand the purpose of citations and keyword tracking as it relates to local Upgrade to see actual info’s also
important that you’re detail oriented for systems like these.
-Google Search Console
-General knowledge of the purpose and benefits of the platform.
-Google Tag Manager
-Knowledge of set up and how it connects with Google Analytics 4.
-Google Analytics
-General knowledge of the purpose and benefits of the platform.
-Google Business Profile
-Experience setting up a profile, how to make edits, and general best practices.

Expectations
-Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm MST. This is a must!
-Able to communicate in Slack and check-in each morning and check out each day.
-Excellent English skills - verbal and written.
-We will pay on the 5th and 20th of each month via Wise

Pay: Starts at $750/month, but can go higher for a candidate with the right experience, motivation, and reliability.
