WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

Big Idea department aims to service TransBiz’s in-house brands and own clients by providing integrated marketing campaigns and non-traditional campaigns that can provide a significant boost to their businesses. Our team of 62 entrepreneurial-minded people runs business marathons together like a professional sports team. HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

• You will partner up with the Art Director to brainstorm ideas that will help brands achieve their objectives creatively.
• You will be working directly with a Creative Director of the Big Idea team.
• You will translate the ideas from the big idea team into compelling written messages to ensure that the messages for the consumers are appealing and convincing.
• You will contribute ideas that help the brand creatively overcome its hurdles, aside from being a wordsmith.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

• You have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• You have experience working preferably in a creative ad agency, either local or multinational
• You have a good understanding of the standard of work of global and award-winning campaigns.
• You have the ability to write great copy for headlines and captions.
• You aim to create original, impactful, and convincing ideas and messages.
• You are open to becoming a manager in the next few years, training younger copywriters under him/her.
• You want to create great creative work that will be talked about online and offline, helping boost our clients’ businesses.
• You know to solve problems with compelling and creative messages.
