Amazon Seller Account VA

We are an e-commerce company based in Vancouver, Canada and we are looking to hire a full-time, long-term employee to help out our e-commerce marketing department. Our company sells on a variety of ecommerce sales channels, but most of our sales come from Amazon, Walmart and eBay.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicating daily with Amazon Seller Support to reactivate listings
- Researching, analyzing and organizing data in spreadsheets
- Modifying and optimizing listings
- Solving other listings issues from Walmart and eBay

Previous Experience Required:
- Opening cases on Amazon, sending emails and calling Seller Support via phone until you find a resolution
- Managing, editing and updating listings via the Seller Central backend and via flat files
- Reactivating Inactive Listings and solving listing policy violations, restricted policy violations and other account health issues

Other Requirements:
- You must be able to "Google" or search through Amazon forums for difficult or new problems and finding the solution for it.
Share updates and results with the client on an ongoing basis.
- Self-taught individual

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Own computer/laptop – You will need to install some programs in order to do the tasks assigned to you
- Must be able to work from Tuesday to Saturday 12am to 8:30am in the Philippines (9am to 5:30pm Pacific Time - PST/PDT). If you will not be available most Saturdays, please do not apply.
- A reasonably fast internet connection as you will be doing most of the work via a connection to our computers here in Vancouver
- A verified PayPal account to receive your pay

We would like to hire someone who wants to grow with the company and stays with us long-term. DO NOT APPLY if you are not committed and only seeking a temporary or part time position.

Our current starting salary offer is CAD$300 paid every two weeks for 40 hours of work every week. That is around USD$235 every 2 weeks at the current exchange rate. Pay will be sent in Canadian dollars. There is a standard 3 month probation period.

If your performance meets our requirements at that time, it will result in permanent employee status.
