Regioanl Team Manager

We are building a team of professionals in the Philippines for our USA based company. We have a factory and office in China as well, so this position will lead the team in the Philippines. This person will help recruit for various positions (Amazon/Online sales, Social Media, Admin support, Bookkeeping, and more). You must have experience with those types of roles in order to manage the staff, especially the online sales and social media folks. We have already hired 6 employees, and we plan to grow this much Upgrade to see actual info addition to recruiting and presenting final candidates to us, you would manage their day to day schedules and tasks, relay the priority of tasks from our office to the team, monitor their daily and weekly progress, monitor their time (check in / out), ensure they are submitting pay requests on set days, lead communication platforms (Slack, Upgrade to see actual info for CRM and Project Management), and email. Must be very well spoken and written in English and available to work part USA and part Philippines hours. We have the base pay at $800 monthly, plus 13th month, and we pay PayPal fees. There will be bonuses for you, and the team.
