Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter), Remote

Hi! My name is Leonid. I head a software development department at Rent Ready. Our team consists of 23 members, 16 of them are developers. We are seeking for more talents.

I need an advanced-level mobile developers with problem-solving mentality of 6+ years of experience. We implement applications in Flutter, but we accept applicants with experience in implementing mobile applications using other technologies. The only we need is you are willing to learn Flutter.

Who We Are
Rent Ready is a rapidly growing platform for apartment Upgrade to see actual infolions of apartment renters move out every year, and the process of getting those homes ready for the next resident is a time-consuming nightmare. Process management effort takes 5 hours per each. We streamline the entire process with our technology platform and connecting them with a network of service providers for paint, clean, carpet, wall repair, maintenance, and counter/tub resurfacing. Our platform makes the processes take 5 minutes instead of 5 hours for apartment staff and our service providers.

What you will be doing with our platform:
- A new mobile application development
- New features development
- Learning and integrating cutting-edge technologies and 3rd-party services that simplify products complexity

Key Responsibilities:
- Features development
- Implement unit and integration tests.
- Designing improvements in our architecture.

Requirements:
- Experience in mobile applications development, 6+ years.
- Schedule: 1 time a 2 weeks period attend our Demo meeting (8:30 PM - 10:30 PM, UTC+8) and once a week a grooming session (8:30 PM - 9:00 PM, UTC+8). Other days, you can finish your working day not later than at 7:00 PM, UTC+8. The majority of Engineering department members work in UTC+4 timezone.

Nice to have:
- Experience in Flutter
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google.
