JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring requirements:
• At least 5 years of Recruitment experience
• Experience working with an Australian recruitment company
• Good phone voice and exceptional English communication
• Admin skills/experience
• Has an experience using Job Adder Software or any Recruitment platforms
• Tech Savvy
• with IT background - preferred

Tasks:
• Confidently talk on the phone with clients and candidates
• Process Reference Checks via Referoo
• Manage recruitment database
• Follow up documents and upload them in Job Adder CRM
• Format resumes according to standard
• Onboarding of candidates
• Placing candidates who don't get placed in other roles
• Researching job opportunities
• Ad hoc tasks
