Top Web Designer: UI/UX

I am looking for an experienced web & graphics designer who loves design, enjoys challenges, and is willing to learn with an open mind. He/she can work with WordPress and Elementor site builder (REQUIRED). He/she is preferrably good with video editing skills.

The hired master in design should be able to tackle design and grab it by the horns. If you are looking for challenges, looking to grow and be mentored by an experience designer, say no more! Well, we also want to work with a person that has the eye and creativity and solve problems with design thinking and execution!

We are a marketing company in the beauty and biotechnology space, offering solutions for businesses that are in need of better design and monetizing some of the brands.
The candidate should be fully experienced in web design standards and able to come up with solutions visually and user-centered approach. The designer would be responsible for website design and social media marketing materials for the most part. The applicant must be organized, have great presentation skills, be able to communicate solutions, solve problems, a self-starter, and a team player.

Responsibilities:
• Design page templates & layouts
• Produce design & video assets for use in social media, ads, and other marketing channels
• Create and maintain a database of design assets
• Collaborate with digital marketing expert on digital assets to produce

Qualifications:
• Well-versed in using WordPress and Elementor site builder (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic/web design work
• Have portfolio with design/graphics examples to prove the expertise
• Basic and advance understanding of graphic/web design fundamentals
• Practical knowledge of UI/UX principles and application
• Extensive knowledge on (any) graphic & video editing software
• No problems submitting the output on or before the deadline
• Deliver production-ready digital output in any format
• Great consistency for attention to details
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Video/motion graphics editing skill is a plus but not required
• Organize the design asset database

Required Software Expertise:
• Figma
• Sketch or XD
• Photoshop and Illustrator
• Any or all Creative Suite apps
• After Effects and Video Editing (a plus but not required)
