JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant/personal assistant (2+ years experience) to help manage and grow our business, handle office administration and day-to-day operations.

Previous VA experience working for speaker, consultant or trainer will be highly regarded.

You will have ambition to develop marketable skills and grow in responsibility. You will be responsible for all functions of the day to day running of the office including diary & email management, general administration, document preparation, travel co-ordination, website management, social media, outsourcing and managing temp staff, contributing ideas, marketing activities and more.

This role involves a considerable amount of phone liaison and you will be working in a very fast-moving environment. The business is in Melbourne, Australia using AMHZ.

You are not expected to carry out every task yourself, but you must be willing to find solutions - which could include outsourcing certain aspects of the job (such as re-building a website).

It is to your advantage if you have:
• Previous experience as a VA for a solopreneur
• Experience as an Executive Assistant for a trainer, speaker, coach or consultant
• Experience (2+ years) as a virtual assistant for an overseas company in the role of Personal Assistant or Office Administrator or have worked in Australia or an English-speaking country other than the Philippines.
• Marketing or business experience, e.g. internet marketing
• Enjoy learning and challenges.
