Content Strategist / Social Media Marketing Executive

Cooler Insights is expanding!

We are looking for a social media marketing executive to help us in crafting SEO-friendly and social media optimized content such as website landing pages, articles, social media posts, proposals, infographics, video storyboards, emails, and other content types. You will also help us to manage our growing list of clients and projects and assist our chief content strategist and account director in handling service and project requests, and foster strong client relationships.

Your job scope covers the following:
- Draft and manage content across multiple platforms for both the company and our clients
- Prepare content/digital/social media marketing proposals
- Liaise with clients and manage accounts
- Gather client needs by taking down notes
- Assist in crafting content strategy and digital production brief
- Manage and track ongoing jobs, ensuring that timelines and deadlines are met.
- Assist in training course content development and management

It would be an advantage if you possess at least one or more of the following functional skills:
- Content Writing/ Copywriting/ Editorial
- PPC/ Online Advertising - Facebook Ads, Google AdWords (ie SEM), as well as Google Analytics
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Public Relations and media outreach
- Social Media Management, eg Community, Influencer Outreach, etc

On-the-job training will be provided to equip you with the necessary digital marketing skills.

Those with experience in digital marketing, PR, marketing communications, and social media marketing will have an advantage. However, fresh graduates with the necessary skills and attributes are also welcome to Upgrade to see actual infopending on your availability and suitability, you can choose to work on a part-time, flexi-time or full-time basis.
