Graphic Designer/Video Editor

Hey! 80Twenty Capital is looking for a Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join an International eCommerce company.
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer/Video Editor to create engaging and on-brand graphics/videos for a variety of media.. As a Graphic Designer/Video Editor, you will be mainly responsible for designing visual content for print and digital applications that are on-brand, as well as reinforce our status and reputation across our major eCommerce brands. We currently have 3 brands implemented in the US and international marketplaces. This position is aimed towards growing our brands across all platforms through effective graphic designs and videos.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

-Design and layout graphics/videos to be used for all our brands in eCommerce and DTC websites
-Edit video clips for use on social media platforms
-Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
-Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
-Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
-Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

-3-5 years of related professional experience in graphic designing and video editing
-Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g.InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite
-Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with eCommerce industry
-Experience with Wordpress or similar CMS
-Project Management and Data Visualization

Compensation and Benefits:

-Position will be 20 hours per week with potential of going full-time in the future depending on performance
-Schedule will be discussed but has potential of being flexible depending on the tasks to be completed
-Hourly pay will be based on experience: range $5 - $7 per hour
-Annual salary increase based on performance
-Two weeks of paid vacation is provided as well as 13th month & Performance bonus
-Philippine National Holidays observed
