JOB OVERVIEW

We're a graphic design company that supports e-commerce and tech companies. We're looking for a business development officer who will focus on forming partnerships, running our affiliate programs and building up relationships with institutions or clients who can refer clients to us.

Responsibilities:
- Find new markets and channels for product and service distribution
- Research new products and services that the company can incorporate to meet the demands by customers
- Generate ideas, concepts, and systems for achieving more sales of products and services
- Ensure the company achieves and maintains a competitive edge
- Plan and prepare business presentations
- Responsible for channel lead generation, managing relationship, and clients meetings
- Negotiate and close business deals with clients
- Prepare contracts and bids for the company
- Manage partnership accounts of the company
- Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company
Develop effective working relationships with clients

Requirements:
- A degree in a business related course like Business Administration and Business Management
- At least 3 years of experience working in administrative positions like sales, marketing etc., gives you an advantage
- Marketing skills: ability to pitch your company and its products to clients is important for this role
- Possession of critical thinking skills
- Ability work under extremely pressured condition and produce required result
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Ability to approach work with a high level of professionalism
- Effective presentation skills: ability to make presentations that will trigger sales and business relationships
- Excellent communication skills to be able to interact both verbally and in writing with employees, staff, and management without being misunderstood
