*Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our Business Enablement team, taking ownership over Woflow’s daily staffing and onboarding requirements. You will be responsible for making sure that all lines of businesses have the right human capital that will support Woflow’s operations, which will maintain our industry-leading performance levels as we rapidly scale in the coming months.
An excellent Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is resourceful, driven and detail-focused, with a proven track record of sourcing and onboarding candidates. They are organized, people-friendly individuals, who can ensure supply of high-calibre talent to fill Woflow’s immediate and long-term operational goals effectively.

*What will you do:
Whoever fills role of a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist for Woflow will be doing the following:
Work closely with the Head of Business Enablement, operations and support leaders to ensure candidates are provided to address immediate and long-term production targets
Provide daily updates and reports on status of talent pool, progress in preliminary training and onboarding, and any endorsements to operations
Identifying and resolving any problems during the recruitment and onboarding process

*What must you have:
To be a successful applicant for the Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist role for Woflow, you must have the following qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in recruitment or sourcing within a BPO, high-growth startup, or similar environment. Familiarity with online recruitment channels is a plus.
Native or bilingual proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken. If you know other languages too, that’s awesome.
Improvement is your middle name. You constantly find ways of raising the bar on current processes and procedures and take it to the next-level.
You are resourceful, highly proactive, curious and driven
