JOB OVERVIEW

We at Lunas Consulting are looking for the best of the best and we are in need of an amazing SDR Manager to join our team.


At Lunas, you will:

Leading a team of SDRs s to create qualified opportunities for our clients.
Take on operational and administrative tasks to help the SDR team perform and exceed expectations
Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
Ensure SDR Team pmmbers improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDR.
Work closely with Campaign Manager’s to provide feedback on SQLs and campaigns
Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
Work closely with the leadership team to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams
Lead the daily activities and quota performance management of individual metrics (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Work with management to help define our pipeline strategy and processes to improve productivity and scale growth of team.
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity

What you have:

BA/BS
2+ years of sales management experience in an agency, SaaS or Startup environment
3+ years of quota carrying B2B software sales experience or agency experience
Consistent track record of exceeding against quota and other key metrics
Strong experience working with modern sales technology (Hubspot,Truzv.ga, LinkedIn automation tools etc.)
Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in sales operations
Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
HUGE PLUS if you’ve already worked at a lead generation/sales agency before.
