JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the platform’s Upgrade to see actual infosign and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training.
Assess the success of the development plans and modify them where necessary.
Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development.
Evaluate the project or platform’s development needs.
Implement various learning methods for a specific project and AO platform (e.g. onboarding
new members, mentoring, recursive training)
Assess the success of development plans and help platforUpgrade to see actual infombers make the most of learning opportunities.
Oversee training and L&D Specialists

Requirements and skills:

Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager , or similar.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Ability to communicate effectively and engage with platforUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to effectively present information to learners, management, and clients.
Must be work from home set up ready
