JOB OVERVIEW

Hours:
- up to 4 hours a day, 6 days a week
- This is a part time job because there are not many emails for you to answer a day

About us:
We are a software solution running on shopify app store. Our job is to help merchants have better their buyers have better buying experience on their product page

We been around for 3 years and it is to a point where we need to start having customer support to help us offload some tasks so we can focus more on other areas in the business

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for determined and flexible candidate who is willing to learn and help us offload tasks of customer support. The job is relatively not time consuming.

You can either have to work 4 hours a day or just 1 hour a Upgrade to see actual info really depends on the volume of our emails that we receive a Upgrade to see actual informally we receive simply between 1-4 emails a day just to give you an idea

We just do not want to look at customer support so we can focus on higher level pictures. So please if you are willing to help us and contribute and be part of our team, we are welcoming you aboard!

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer emails when customer send us questions and we can answer them common questions
- Advanced ones I will train you to answer them
- After end of customer support, follow up with them to ask for reviews

Requirements:
- Great english skills:
- need to know how to answer customers with kind and calming language
- You need to be a bit technical:
- you need to learn to use google chrome to inspect and read console.logs to debug our app

Onboarding:
- I have FAQ and Customer Support Documentations written
- You will have to use this as a guide to help you answer customer support questions

Training
- I will walk through the common email support questions so you get use to the emails from customers
- As time goes on, hope you are able to be more hands off and know exactly what to do
