We are looking for the best person to help us develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote our services. The role can encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:
Assisting our Senior Business Developer with overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
Assisting our Senior Business Developer with research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Perform new partner acquisition through your personal book of business, research, referrals, networking and cold calling
Manage affiliate relationships to understand their needs for campaign optimization.
Maintain open communication with all marketing partners on the day-to-day issues via email, phone or webcam
Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, etc to increase revenue targets
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Coordinating internal marketing and the organization's culture
Monitoring performance

Requirements:
? Must be independent and disciplined enough to work remotely.
? Tech-savvy and know IT/Software industry
? A good understanding of CPA, CPL, CPM Marketing models
? 5+ years of Affiliate/Performance Marketing experience.
? Track record of over-achieving project goals
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Strong listening and presentation skills
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Trainable, Coachable, and receptive to feedback
