• Answer Guest Inquiries via Chat/Call

• Connecting with our maintenance team if required

• Assist Guest Check-in

• Set Cleaner Schedule

• Processing Extra Service Fees

• Processing Refunds

• Contact Property owners/leads

• Order Supplies for property

• Monthly Revenue Report

• Optimize/Add New Listing
