Job Requirements:

1 year or less of professional website design experience
Strong graphic design skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to audit own work for accuracy and quality
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress and other CMS
Experience with JavaScript, jQuery and database management, a plus
Understanding of typography, branding and design principles, a plus
Nice to Have:

Experience using social media for marketing purposes
Experience developing online advertising campaigns
Understanding of marketing and advertising industry
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented
Digital photography knowledge & skills
Illustration experience
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1 year or less professional web development experience
Proven project management experience, from inception to implementation
