Logistics and Fulfillment Manager for Ecomm Men's Grooming Brand

Background:
Supply, a leading men’s grooming brand that’s been featured on Shark Tank, is looking to hire a full-time Logistics Manager to help ensure that supply can meet demand. This position reports directly to the COO.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for ensuring that Supply’s international and domestic freight shipments - both finished and component goods - are on-time, on-budget and optimized for cost down wherever possible
-Manage shipping documentation with suppliers, freight providers, import/export, trucking and 3PL
-Coordinate receiving activities with the warehouse to ensure pallets and cartons are labeled, warehouse notified, and ASN created prior to goods being picked up
-Own the supply chain from cargo ready date until goods received into stock at final destination
-Responsible for sending and managing freight vendor payments in collaboration with the Production & Planning Manager
-Collaborate with Production & Planning Manager to ensure they have correct SKUs and to schedule freight for production; look to consolidate shipments whenever possible and be the voice of logistics in advocating for early ordering to ensure ocean freight timelines can be met
-Collaborate with Customer Experience Manager to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and that backlogged or pending orders are resolved and fulfilled timely
-Work with 3PL and warehouse to conduct regular cycle counts and to resolve any discrepancies or quality issues at the warehouses
-Lead order fulfillment and platform configuration for any crowdfunding campaigns

Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience as an Operations or Logistics Manager for direct-to-consumer brands
-Demonstrable skill in managing a global supply chain
-Self-directed and capable of problem-solving with limited supervision
-Track record of leading the supply chain efforts for small to midsize DTC brands
