Boost Me is a new-aged Digital Marketing Agency that is constantly seeking new tea
At the same time, we really care about keeping it fun, we are spending most of our days doing work, and there is no reason why we shouldn't be enjoying most of our time working together (we still have some bad days, we are not perfect)
What are we looking for an Office Manager who has the following skills:
-Mastering soft skills - fun & likable with good communication skills.
-Excellent English both verbal and written.
- Someone who is highly responsible, proactive, and hardworking
- Fast learner
- Attention to details
- Team player
- Building SOPs & processes (huge plus)
- Building and optimizing project management software like ClickUp (huge plus)
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Send contracts to clients
-Sending invoices to clients, keeping track of expenses once or twice a month
-Be the main point of contact for our PH team-based benefits program (handling HMO etc)
-Take care of the team needs, responsible to send treats for lunch & learn
- Keep optimizing and implementing Clickup in our agency in the best possible way
- Be responsible for updating our SOPs library
- Be assistant to the CEO
