Data Entry CSR

Enthusiastic Data Entry Staff are needed.
Highly paid for P&C Insurance background/experienced VAs.

Conditions

- Full-time positions only.
- Must have an internet connection and own computer workstation.
- Must have a clearance certificate from the Republic of the Philippines Department of Justice (NBI clearance is accepted).
- Hired staff must work US Time.
- Starting pay will be around $1.60 USD / hour and pay for your cable connections ($30 per month) after the 3 month.
- Will need to work even if it's on PH holidays, and will not work on US holidays.
- For PH holidays, you will get paid double, but only for the regular holidays (determined by Google). Other seasonal, regional, and religious holidays are not considered regular holidays.
- There will be 13th-month pay.
- For any overtime, you will get paid 50% extra.
- Every 60 hours you work, you will get 1 hour of PTO (paid time off)
- We usually have evaluations every 12~18 months. An usual salary increase is 2~10% depending on the work performance, This does not guarantee a salary increase every time you have an evaluation.
