Social Media Manager

I am looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to create social media content and manage social media Upgrade to see actual info's okay if you aren't currently an expert, but you should have some experience.

Pay: $3/hr base pay + discretionary performance bonus



You will be doing a variety of tasks, including the following:

- Create and edit content for social media (YouTube, TikTok, IG, Twitter, Snapchat, Upgrade to see actual info)
- Schedule social media posts using Later
- Engage with users on social media



Summary

Social media manager will forge relationships across a variety of social platforms, create connections, moderate dialogue and build a multidimensional community free of gatekeepers.

The ideal candidate is creative, assertive, engaging, and loves to take initiative. They have experience leading creative projects and communicating confidently with people across the board.

They should have also adapted the flexibility to implement activities and projects that are aligned with business needs, as the market, trends, or business demands.

An additional performance based bonus may be applicable to top qualified candidates.

Up to $500/month (25,000-50,000 PHP)

Top consideration to interview will be given to those who submit original & quality content.

Deadline driven - you should be someone who always strives to meet deadlines
Fast learner - There will certainly be new skills you need to learn. Do you learn quickly?


We will have video calls Monday-Friday
