Customer Service Rep

CSS is in search of quality Independent Contractors to answer inbound calls. We are a 100% remote customer support agency.

Must be able to handle extremely difficult and high volume calls and maintain a friendly, personable, pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette. Must also be familiar with scripts. We are looking for full-time contractors.
The right candidate must be able to speak, write and translate clearly in English. Must also possess outstanding communication skills and must also be Dependable, Punctual, and Reliable.

If you live in the Southern part of the Philippines (Bicol, Naga City, and Cebu) area this would be a great position for you.
