We're looking to fill 5 primary roles with seasoned professionals:

SHOPIFY EXPERT
This role will be responsible for tasks focused on optimizing and improving the website experience. This may include connecting new Shopify apps, adjusting themes for aesthetics, or any other activities that may increase the conversion rates of an eCommerce website.


FACEBOOK/GOOGLE ADVERTISER
Media buyers that are analytical thinkers and seasoned A/B split testers are going to enjoy the process of improving ad campaigns. The person for this role will be focused on optimizing the ad account by turning off low-performing ads or ad sets based on primary KPIs. They will also be launching new videos, carousels, DPAs, or other creative things to improve ROAS.

COPYWRITER
This role is for someone that has an A++ level of written English communication. This person knows how to effectively use grammar and language to steer their audience with storytelling. Psychology is a primary function of copywriting for marketing and experience is essential. Email sequence writing, website copywriting & ad copywriting will be some of the most common tasks for this role.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
PR will include drafting, testing, and executing a public relations strategy that will get our brand into new audiences. We’re looking to get access to more “Featured in” or “As seen on” opportunities with blogs, articles, magazines, podcasts & any other media outlets that we can craft partnership deals with. This person will need experience developing media plans and doing outreach.


EMAIL & SMS MARKETING
This role is focused on developing & improving automation sequences/flows for our primary communication channels. Abandoned cart email, welcome flows & nurture sequencing will be among some of the primary tasks for this role to increase CTRs & conversion rates. Added plus if this person also knows how to create chatbots, quiz funnels, or use zapier.
