PROJECT MANAGER

Greetings!

Our company is hiring for a full-time project manager / executive assistant. This is a position in a real estate marketing, investment, and education company. We focus on working with long-term B2B clients and delivering exceptional results by assisting them with building up their companies.

Who Our Ideal Hire Is:

We'd want someone who is looking for long-term employment, ideally for over one year. We also need someone that is a self-starter, can communicate excellently over email, and has supervisory experience. Additionally, we'd like for you to be able to keep others and themselves accountable. This is a position where we need you to be responsible and take ownership of your work. We're looking for someone that wants to be part of a highly motivated team and not just a "job".

Here are some of what the job entails:

- Drafting and delivering emails to our clients
- Understanding our process of generating leads, troubleshooting technology tools, and doing research on new tools as needed
- Supervising subordinate employees
- Creating SOPs
- Communicating with clients and vendors via email or phone
- Drafting KPI reports via Excel
- Ability to work 9. - 6 PM CST
