Recruiter

We are looking for a local HR consultant/ recruiter ideally with experience recruiting, screening and hiring local virtual medical front and back office staff. I own an outpatient behavioral clinic in the US (Ann Arbor, Michigan ) and I want to know more about the feasibility and process of using virtual workers -
Working with a 12 hr time difference
What is needed for staff to take inbound and make outbound calls and faxes
Complying with US HIPAA and other confidentiality/security standards
Contracting, creating accountability structures and procedures
Training and supervision
Payment

After consulting we would like your assistance to create the structure and process to find candidates on this and other platforms based on our criteria, screen them and create a small pool of people to interview for hire as soon as possible.

We are considering hiring -
+ Intake coordinator to screen new patients, via email and telephone, send them initial paperwork via our EHR Portal, Verify Benefits, Screen and Update current patient records,
+Psychiatric services medical assistant ( I will attach a job description for this and a medical biller job posting on Hubstaff Talent)
+Recruitment specialist to find and interview candidates for positions who might also fill one of the positions and provide some local oversight
+Medical Professional Credentialing/Onboarding specialist
+Zoho Books and payroll person
+Possible Hr specialist
+IT support
