JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Rock Start Virtual Assistant whose primary role and focus will be QUALITY lead generation. You MUST already be familiar with cold calling, texting, and following up with American real estate property owners to determine if they are a "motivated seller". In addition, you MUST be able to EFFICIENTLY multi-task between managing incoming + outgoing texts and phone calls.

This is a position for someone who is already confident in their abilities to speak with property owners in a professional and knowledgeable manner. There may be some things that you do not know; and that is okay, but you should already know how to properly gauge prospects, ask the right qualifying + follow up questions, and set appointments for the acquisitions team.

- Reply to prospects in a timely manner
- Pre-qualify prospective homeowners
- Schedule call backs for yourself, marketing manager, or other marketing agents
- Enter detailed notes into CRM or marketing software
- Upload hot leads to calendar and CRM
- Build rapport with sellers
- Check follow up appointments at the beginning of each shift
- Set appointments for acquisitions team
- Effectively communicate with team leaders about any arising issues
- Upload marketing lists into marketing software
