Experienced Cold Caller (Lead Generation)

$3.00/hr USD - base salary
Pay will be weekly.

We are looking for cold callers/telemarketers that are experienced in lead generation and appointment setting. This position is a full-time, work from home job.

You will be given a predetermined script for calling.

You will be calling American seniors (age 65+) to schedule a consultation with a licensed insurance agent. This position is 100% outbound calling. Your 8 hour shift for calling will be conducted between 8:00am EST to 11:59pm EST depending on agent time zone (US time).


Applicants applying for this position are required to have the following:

- Quality functional noise-cancelling headset
- Working Computer
- Stable primary and secondary (hotspot) internet connection
- Quiet workspace
- Checking account in applicant’s name or GCash Account
- Valid Photo ID (2 forms of ID preferred)
- Active Skype ID for communication
- Ability to speak clear General American English with neutral dialect
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office or Google Sheets for reporting purposes
