I’m Dannielle Iversen, the CEO and the Strategic Director of Octane Republic. We work with CEO service providers, coaches and entrepreneurs who are ready to create “pour gas on the flame” with their business. We are the heavy hitters that are bringing big box brand strategies and execution to the evolving entrepreneur. With my background driving software sales within Silicon Valley, California it was clear that the biggest obstacle for entrepreneurs was going from the Start-up phase into the blow up stage. We are on a mission to change that. We are all about being relational, intentional, timeless, refined, and prioritize connecting with our clients with their dream audience.


As our Core Designer, you will create the core essentials of a brand identity and manage the design and the implementation of all brand assets + collateral to make sure it's executed accurately according to the Octane Republic vision. The Core Designer will create out-of-the box design solutions to continue to position Octane Republic as the industry leading branding expert for service providers.

You will also be the designer helping us bring our client projects to life along with the rest of our team!

STRATEGY & TECH TASKS:
- Assist the team with concept ideas and provide them with creative input for new designs.
- Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming.
- Create the initial brand concept according to the creative direction provided.
- Interact with clients and modify the design according to their feedback while still maintaining the creative vision.
- Oversee all necessary design changes that are to be made to the client project.
- Assist in marketing strategies to align with launch calendar and projects each year
- Design a full web or funnel mockup according to the creative direction.
- Drive The implementation and the web development to make sure that the essential design concept is executed Upgrade to see actual infoSIGN TASKS:
- Create the main brand concept (Logo, Color Palette, Typesuite, and brand presentations)
- Design a full 6 page website (mockup on Adobe XD or Canva)
- Create all final brand mockups
- Export final files to the client folder

ADMIN TASKS:
- Maintaining all SOPs in reference to funnel pages, web pages or client projects.
- Meet with the CEO on a weekly basis to discuss current and future initiatives, review current projects that are internal projects as well as our clients projects we are managing.
- Eager to collaborate and participate in meetings with the rest of the team when possible
