Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals with high EQ and communication skills to fill the role of our eCommerce Logistics Account Executive role. Those interested in a long term career at Floship are encouraged to apply. This is a role to manage a white labelled client using the Floship platform branded to their own. This client is based in Hong Kong.

This is a junior role (2-5 years experience) working under our Key Account Management Lead in Philippines.

You will be working full time and it may be expected to work slight later shift to cross over the western time zones.

Responsibilities:
The top priority of this role is to be the main point of contact for a white labelled client in Hong Kong.
However there will be other opportunities to manage and develop relationships with other global online retailers
Manage client on-boardings which includes coordinating with client and operations teams
Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor daily activities of your accounts to ensure KPI excellence 
Identify new opportunities and requirements from client to help our product team develop new products and services
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, stakeholders
Upsell client with new features, shipping carriers, or discover market opportunities 
Increasing client profitability
Book in regular service meetings with clients to scope and understand their future business plans
Handle client escalations where required
Create Work Orders for Clients regarding Value Added Service items
High touch relationship management
Requirements:
Background in account management, ecommerce, or logistics preferred
Fluent to native level of English
Analytical background with some sales experience 
Minimal travel, if any (less than 2 weeks a year)
Understanding startup culture will be very important
Remote working available if working outside of Hong Kong 
Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel 
Familiarity with the following a plus: Google Business Apps, Helpscout, Asana, Jira, Zapier, Pipedrive
