About SVCS
Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to support SVCS’s property management clients by hosting events that will generate interest in their
• Paid training
• 40 hours per week
• Work from home
• Recognition on SVCS’s website
Requirements
• Availability between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco time Monday through Friday
• Primary and backup sources for electricity and internet.
• Obtain US phone number (SVCS will reimburse for all calls)
• Sign 2-year employment contract
Responsibilities
• Organize one online event per week
• Pick business topic each week that will help promote the business of the existing tenants and generate interest in the building
• Source speakers and presenters
• Manage Aurora Business Center CRM system
• Promote weekly event online on all social media, event promotion websites such as Meetup, chamber of commerce, etc.
• Host and introduce speakers at weekly event
Application Process

2. SVCS will invite you to group interview orientation if selected
3. During the orientation the following will be discusses
a. Who SVCS is and what we do
b. Candidate selection process
c. Review of tests
i. Technical
ii. Verbal communication
iii. Written communication
4. You will have an opportunity to work on the test and submit your results
5. SVCS will review your test results and schedule a one-on-one interview
6. If accepted, SVCS will send Candidate an employment contract
