** Rockstar Virtual Admin Assistant **

Hey there, Rockstar Virtual Assistant!

I am CEO of CONQUER - a business coaching and consulting company based in the US, who helps home service business owners grow and automate their companies. We have experienced rapid growth over the last years, and we are growing our team and are looking for a full-time virtual assistant to be a part of our family.

First - we only hire people who fit our company culture and align with our core values - HOOK (Humility, Over-deliver, Optimism, Kindness).

Our goal is to help our clients free up their time in order to spend more time with their families and doing things they love. We also want to help our employees grow and learn new skills in order to level up their careers and push them towards their goals.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow professionally, versatile and be in a long-term position with our company.

Below is a list of potential tasks on a day-to-day basis :

- Answering/Making Phone Calls
- Handle A/R related tasks
- Assisting executives and staff with random tasks
- Social Media Management (mostly involves moderating a few FB groups)
- Data entry and management
- Must be proficient in Google Suite
- Manage customer accounts
- Reconciling accounts and payments
- Client and internal communications via email and chat
(must speak fluent English - American accent preferred)
- On-Call working hours are 7AM - 4PM (Pacific Standard Time)
