JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Responsibilities will include updating job ads, connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. You will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most potential employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create job descriptions in coordination with Hiring Managers.
• Advertise job openings on our careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and perform initial phone screenings.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Conduct online or offline assessment tests.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) and coordinate with the Hiring Managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience of 1 - 2 years in Recruitment (IT & ITES) as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS or Recruitment Software.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and a deep understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to screen large volumes of resumes with good analytical skills.
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding methods.
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities.
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Should be Internet - Savvy with excellent organizational and time management skills.
