Job Description
- Full ownership of a brand and serve as the primary point of contact (project manager) and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives & operations), and initiate, collect and execute quarterly brand initiatives and strategies.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: price optimisation, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.
- Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc).
- Track profit & losses, deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress.
- Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant internal teams involved in all the campaigns/projects
- Day-to-day tasks include setting up the data room, coordinating kick off meetings, managing logistics, and coordinating follow up activities.
- Proactively manage changes in project/campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity for growth opportunities
- Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Requirements
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- Have prior experience in driving business growth
- This role requires an ability to be resourceful, think out of the box from traditional ways of marketing, and a passion for problem solving.
- Brand strategy, product research, competitive analysis, campaign management, community building, customer acquisition and P&L ownership all sit under the Brand Manager’s broad umbrella of responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have strong strategic thinking skills, creative marketing skills, excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
- Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle
- Abstractly creative; can leverage this skill to provide input on challenges in the process.
- Ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork, and building relationships with cross-functional teams
- Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve
- Very meticulous, has a keen eye for detail.
- Tech savvy, analytical/data driven decision maker and strong problem solver (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
- Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
