We are a Magento development company and are looking for an allround first line of support and manual QA tester (Magento).
- First line of customer support (mail/chat)
- Manage all support questions and transform most common into helpdesk articles
- Test issues raised by customers on Magento2
- Manual test functions of our Magento2 modules.
- Have contact with our clients by Slack
Should have the following skillset:
- Experience with customer support
- (Basic) knowledge of how Magento admin works
- Good English
- Good writing skills
