Part Time Customer Service/Promotion

hello we are looking for a part time employee to do the following tasks daily.

Log in to your seller central account to complete the following tasks:

1. Check for any seller feedback and respond as needed.

2. Check for feedback that can be converted to reviews and get those converted.

3. Check inventory levels.

4. Check for questions or comments on listings and make sure you respond to
them.

5. Check for refunds

6. Check for new reviews and respond to them. Again, just like commenting on
customer questions, your response will indicate the type of seller you are and the type
of customer service you deliver. Make sure you respond to both good and bad reviews
in a professional, courteous manner. That way, prospective customers will trust you to
handle any of their potential problems.

7. Check and reply to any customer messages within the Amazon messaging system.
You might even want to log in more than once a day, because Amazon measures your
response time. If you take more than 24 hours, your account is penalized. So make
sure you respond to customer messages in a very timely fashion.


Do at least two of the following promotion jobs daily:

• Create videos. Submitting videos on a regular basis will help your search results
on both Amazon and Google, so get in the habit of creating videos on a
regular basis.

• Create a press release and submit it with the press release tool. This will also
help your search rankings, and you have access to a tool that makes this easy
to do.

• Write articles and post them on your website, blog, or Facebook page. Posting
on Facebook helps you rank higher on Facebook, because you’re submitting
regular content. Make sure it’s good and relevant content, and seek engagement
from others.

• Perform a social action and link it to your product page or any of your other
pages. Tweet, post on Facebook, or upload photos to Pinterest. Social proof and
social interaction are really important for search engines, so be sure to do this on
a daily basis. It will help expand your brand recognition.
