Mobile App Designer Wanted - Martial Arts Website App

I'm not looking for a website.

I currently have a Wordpress website (Elementor) for my martial arts school with a members Upgrade to see actual info the members area, there is a blog and a forum (WPForo). I'd like to get us all using the site instead of social media for announcements and community development. I like how it all works, currently, but my students are used to social media notifications, and may not remember to visit the website without them, so:

I would like to have an (Android AND iOS) app for my students that is essentially just a portal to the website, but which pings notifications when either of two things happen:
• There is a new blog post
• They have a notification in the forum (mention, DM, etc)

I will only consider applicants who provide:
1. A project price, and what it includes
2. A per-hour rate for support after the initial project, which I realize I'll need over time
3. An honest description of their level of English fluency

I would be very happy to find someone to work with over time on this and other projects, and so would colleagues of mine!
