Virtual Assistant for US based Shopify Store

US based shopify ecommerce site looking for virtual assistant to help them grow. Must have great written and spoken English skills. Duties vary, but will include:

Customer Service - using Upgrade to see actual info or similar software to respond to customer service inquiries, which can range from helping them find shop on the site or locating a missing package etc. Will run our live chat session, respond to emails and social media related customer service inquiries.

Marketing assistant - Managing our promotional calendar and making sure sales and other promotions are properly set up on our website and that our marketing partners have the necessary assets to promote our site. Either making banners, videos etc and sharing them or getting them from one partner and sharing with others. Updating our my google business page weekly or biweekly with our promotions.

Website Manager - Uploading blog posts written by others to our site and properly formatting them. Writing product descriptions, meta descriptions and helping upload pictures from our dropbox.
