Web Programmer / Designer, Developer

I'm looking for a highly creative web designer and developer that can knock out my project in less than a week. ( there is a $1000usd bonus to finish in 1 week )

Must be able to design a web program that is simple, fast, easy to use, that will perform a simple task on another website ie: a post on someones blog for example.

Must be able to work quickly and diligently

Must have graphic design experience not so important but must make this web program look visually pleasing

The pay is starting at $400usd a month and will be hired on for further development of the program

Once program is finished you will be offered upwards of $1200usd a month to stay on the team

A NCND : Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement must be e-signed before project details are revealed.
