• For this position, it is not necessary that you work the same hours as we are for most days – we understand there is a substantial time difference, but may require an occasional meeting during our 8:30 am-5 pm EST hours for check in with the managing attorney. These meetings would be scheduled in advance as we value your time away from work as well!


What are we looking for in the right candidate?

• You already have experience with litigation files and are able to draft discovery requests and discovery responses with little help.
Experience drafting family law pleadings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Experience working in the area of family law is preferred

Hours per week:
• We are looking for a long term hire, not temporary. We are looking for someone who has capacity to work full-time (40 hours per week).
