Real Estate VA

We are looking for a great VA that has experience in real estate and understands the real estate process and how to communicate with clients. The ideal candidate for this position is VERY detail-oriented and knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. This position requires the VA to be very organized and follow through with the systems we have put in place. Pay is strongly dependent on candidate qualifications, background, skill-set, interview and performance.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a Real Estate CRM platform
- Transaction Coordination
- Social Media Marketing
- Keeping and Updating the Calendar
- Cold Calling Expired and Withdrawn Listings
- Cold Calling Leads
- Data Entry
- File and Listing Audits

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 1-2 Years Real Estate VA Experience (Texas Real Estate is a big plus)
- 1-2 Years Telemarketing Experience
- Experience Using a CRM Platform
- Experience with Social Media Marketing
- Excellent Grammar and Writing Skills
- Excellent English and American Accent
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Great Time Management and the Ability to Multi-Task
