JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, Looking for an ongoing and long term relationship.

Must be able to identify, collect and send emails to software engineers ( I will provide the technical terms to search for) Upgrade to see actual infoby/Rails or React/Redux software engineers. You should be able to know what resources to use to find these types of individuals. Once you have found these types of individuals you will need to create an outreach campaign and track the emails and responses

Here is some more detailed info:
Work closely with me to design, calibrate and execute sourcing plans appropriate to meet goals including building a healthy talent pipeline
Use online platforms, social media networks, and different US job portals (e.g., Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to look for and connect with potential candidates
No phone calls will be needed!
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates

Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates

Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals


Qualifications:

Experience in sourcing candidates
Experience in a similar or related function in an RPO is an advantage
With LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
knowledge of Boolean search strings, search engines and different US job portals Helpful
Familiar with searching for US candidates’ contact info using various strategies
