Our company, ABC Quant, has been providing software applications to institutional investors and hedge funds for over 17 years. We are looking for Customer Support, Product Specialist (Software Fintech), who should be competitive and motivated, with strong work ethic and a desire to grow revenue for the most advanced segment
Salary + Bonus + Incentives: PHP 35,000 to 115,000
Requirements:
*Knowledge of ABC Quant’s software applications (training will be provided)
*Answer customers’ questions and/or troubleshoot problems over the phone or via
*Fluency in English is required: full professional proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
*Tertiary education: a degree in engineering, IT, finance or comparable higher education would be a plus
*Flexible day shifts, covering US and Europe time zones
*Excellent communication skills, oral & written
*Prior investment or financial background is not required, but would be a plus
*Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly and excel as part of a dynamic team
*Ability to speak with customers without a script
Responsibilities:
*Be able to troubleshoot problems and answer customers’ questions regarding ABC Quant's software applications
*Run remote debugging sessions using WebEx or GoToMeeting
*Be able to operate remotely, autonomously and proactively
*Report directly to the company's CTO
NOTE. This is a highly skilled technical position. You will need to master one of the most sophisticated financial packages to address customers' problems, answer their questions and run remote debugging
