About Us
We are an eCommerce company based out of Los Angeles, CA. We have a line of quality dietary supplements sold primarily through online sales channels such as Amazon and our own site. We are new, nimble, and adapt to the ever-changing world of eCommerce. The ideal candidate will undoubtedly need to embrace these qualities themselves.

Who We Are
We got our start in 2020 when a pharmacist dUpgrade to see actual info that the dietary supplements industry needed an overhaul, specifically in the realm of quality. Our mission is to celebrate hard work as a means to a better you. We sell physical products, namely health and dietary supplements in the United States. We are in the process of launching slumber, simpliZen, and SHARPEN, our three flagship dietary supplements, with plans to also launch two more every three months. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging in hours.

Duties
We are looking for a rockstar Influencer Liaison to help us with our influencer marketing outreach.

The Influencer Liaison will be heavily involved in recruiting influencers and/or brand ambassadors to our new brand. This involves building a relationship with prospects in the form of likes and comments on Instagram, reaching out to them to discuss collaborations, confirming with contracts, and ensuring that the obligations are met from them (in the form of content created) and us (in the form of sending them a free product and any payment, if applicable).

In addition, the Influencer Liaison will be involved with negotiations with influencers to ensure we get the best possible contracts. These negotiations will likely take place via Instagram DM and email (email to be provided).

Lastly, the Influencer Liaison will be tasked with finding new prospects to market and target on social media. Strategies for finding these influencer leads will be provided.

Any future job duties may be added or modified as needed.

Time Commitment
The anticipated time commitment is about 12-15 hours of total work. This is broken down to approximately 5 hours a week for influencer engagement, 5 hours a week for email communication and contract signing with influencers, 3 hours a week for finding new leads, and 1 hour every other week for meetings via Zoom. This is a permanent position that has no end date at this time. This position is ideal for an individual who wishes to be part of a bigger brand and grow along with it.

Application Process and Timeline
Candidates interested in this position should submit their applications online. We are accepting applicants throughout January and February. Once reviewed, we will have the candidates complete a small social-media-related task. Those who pass this second round will be invited for a video-based interview. This application process and interviews will take place in February. The last part would be for said individual to take a short personality test, which will allow us to best serve the candidate in giving them the resources upon hire. The said individual will be hired end of February, get training, and start in March.
