Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Build out standard operating procedures by working with our executive team to build out comprehensive SOPS across our organization

- Driving internal operational enhancements (setting up Zapier automations, reporting channels/processes, and owning our tech stack (ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, etc.) - You should be familiar with the above tools, or have a willingness to learn these VERY quickly if hired.

- Project Management: You will enforce strict deadlines, manage a team in order to make sure they complete their deadlines on time, and schedule out content for weeks ahead.

- Build out spreadsheets for tracking data such as LTV (life-time value), churn rate, and daily sales reporting

- Handling Collections for contacting our clients with over-due payments via phone call/text/email, to ensure that they complete their payments on time.

- Handle customer service emails and administrative responsibilities (eventually delegating this to teaUpgrade to see actual infomber by building out internal systems)

- Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you will lead a team of virtual employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

-If you are not willing to go ALL IN with our company, and like to have multiple jobs, this is not for you.
-If you are not willing to work some weekends, or a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you.
-If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.
-If you cannot handle a critical, demanding environment where your CEO (Upgrade to see actual infoau) will be tough on you when giving you constructive criticism, this is not for you.

***NO SIDE HUSTLES ARE ALLOWED. If you are on my team, you will be earning more money than you've ever made in the past, but that ONLY comes with hard work and focus. Having a side business, a "Youtube channel" or any other side gig meant to make you money is not tolerated, and if you're not willing to give up your side hustle, this is not for you.

***If you are a student, this is probably not for you. When I say this is 40+ hours a week, in CT Time zone, I mean Upgrade to see actual info negotiating on that.

WHO THIS IS FOR:
-If you want to be part of a faith-based, hard working and fast growing team to really make an impact on a lot of people’s lives, this is for you.
-If you are willing to go ALL IN, long term for the next 3+ years with our team, this is for you.

If you’ve reached the bottom of this, it means you’re still interested in this position.

If so, please do the following (Not following these steps COMPLETELY will result in your disqualification):

STEP 1: Record a 3 minute video (NO LONGER) and upload it to Youtube as an UNLISTED video (make sure that I will be able to view the video, and that it is NOT on private). Inside the video, answer these questions:

1) Tell me a bit about yourself
2) Why should we hire you?
3) Describe your experience with social media growth/project management.
4) Describe an instance that you displayed a HIGH attention to detail.
5) Explain why you believe you will THRIVE in a fast paced, tough, critical environment that pushes you to grow, because I WILL push you if you're hired.

STEP 2: Write a 1 page letter explaining why you're the best fit for this role, and provide resume, and email to Upgrade to see actual info (missing this will show me you lack of attention to detail).

DEADLINE: We are receiving a LOT of applications for this, and so I would encourage you to apply for this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you're reading this, that means position is still open. As soon as we find the right candidate, we will close this application.
